.303 Bullet and Girl Guides badge
Nice bit of of metal detecting even though it started raining.
Several sharp iron bits removed from the paddocks and now a lot safer for the gee gee’s. Also found a .303 bullet (unfired) – no associated shell casing though.
A generic Tombac button was also uncovered.
Star of the drizzly afternoon was a copper alloy 1920’s Girl Guides Enrolment (Promise) badge. J A Wylie & Co, London Reg no 671782.
